Registering now will ensure you have seamless access to this valuable performance data when it launches.

Where exactly will my advertisements be displayed?

Your ads will appear dynamically in our blog posts alongside other advertisers, and strategically placed on product pages or articles directly related to the service or product your campaign offers (for example, a filter ad appearing in a filter maintenance guide) to maximize relevance and Click-Through Rate (CTR).

When will my ad impressions start?

For standard ad placements, your campaign will start running within 24 hours after we have successfully received both your payment and your final ad creative file.

If you purchase our Banner Design Service, the 24-hour period begins once you have approved the final design we send back to you.

Your campaign’s validity period automatically begins on the date your payment is successfully processed.

The campaign will then run for 30 days (1-month package) or 90 days (3-month package), after which all impressions will automatically cease.

Important Tip: Since your campaign’s duration starts immediately upon payment, please ensure your ad creative is fully prepared and ready for submission (or that you’ve purchased the banner design service) before making your payment to maximize your viewing time.

What are the accepted file types, sizes, and dimensions for my ad creatives?

To ensure seamless integration and fast loading times for all our users, all ad creatives must meet the following specifications:

Accepted Formats & File Size

File Types: We accept static JPG and PNG files, as well as non-looping GIF files.
Max File Size: All files must be optimized not to exceed $150$ KB per image.

Standard Ad Dimensions

We utilize the two most effective IAB standard ad units. We require you to provide creatives for both dimensions to maximize your ad placements across our site:

However, all external links must be reviewed to ensure compliance with our advertising policies. Links that contain illegal, malicious, or inappropriate content will not be approved.

Can I use the images of another brand in my advertisements?

No, using images or copyrighted material belonging to another brand is strictly prohibited unless you possess the express written consent from the rights holder.

All advertising creatives must adhere to international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all visual content used in your campaign is fully licensed. Reef Network is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from the content you provide.

Will I have to pay any extra fees for my advertisements?

No, absolutely not. The package price you pay is a flat, all-inclusive rate for the full 30 or 90-day campaign duration. There are no surprise fees for impressions, clicks, or platform usage—what you see is exactly what you pay.

How can I track the performance of my ads and how often will I receive reports?

We maintain full transparency and accountability for your investment. We track all critical metrics, including Impressions (how often your ad is seen) and Click-Through Rate (CTR), using industry-standard tools.

You will receive a detailed performance report covering all these metrics via email at the end of every 30-day cycle of your campaign.
